For event organizers, before the policy goes live
Conduct DeskA code of conduct with no pipeline behind it is worse than none.
Paste your event's code of conduct, the facts of who runs the event and who answers a report. Free in your browser: every section of the policy checked against the standard anatomy, the team checks, the three ranked menus re-ranked for your event with ruled-out options deleted, a response clock that fits inside the event, the sanctions ladder with its appeal rungs, a verdict - and a printable reporting card. A run writes the audit, or the team's 2am runbook. Not legal advice - anything involving a crime, a minor or an imminent threat goes to emergency services and counsel first.

How it works
The policy is read against the anatomy most event policies share: a pledge, the enumerated behaviour list descended from JSConf US 2012 and the Ada Initiative, a scope clause that names sponsors and booth staff, online and unofficial spaces, its dates and a stance on conduct outside the event, then where to report, who receives it, how a reporter finds a responder, the two-part confidentiality promise, a response clock, the sanctions and which of them carry an appeal. The team is held to 3-6 named people who still work with a third away, two individual contacts, one outside the organizing chain, and declared conflicts.
Three ranked menus - the base-text posture, the reporting channels and the response-team staffing - are re-ranked against your answers, each move naming the answer that made it, and an option your constraints rule out is deleted rather than parked at the bottom. The clock is self-set to fit inside the event, beside the PyCon US and Aurora and Gardiner bands. Nothing here is legal advice: contract wording goes to counsel, and anything involving a crime, a minor or an imminent threat goes to emergency services and counsel first.
